• Aroma Essence, LLC will process orders within 1-3 days. For shipping times please allow 2-5 days. However, please keep in mind that all products are handmade to order. So if we experience a high volume of orders the process order time will change. Once your order has been shipped and you have received a tracking number, your order is no longer in the the possession of Aroma Essence, LLC. If under any circumstance your package is missing, lost, or even damaged please reach out to our carrier USPS and file a claim.
